Senior Technical Lead

Title: Senior Technical Lead Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable enterprise applications supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, platform security, DevOps, and healthcare technology environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end software development and provide technical direction for enterprise applications. • Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions. • Implement platform security solutions, including authentication, JWT, API security, and IAM integration. • Drive application architecture, integration strategies, and performance optimization. • Build and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. • Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor engineering teams. Required Skills: • 10+ years of software development experience • Strong experience with C#/.NET Core, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and Microservices. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps. • Strong understanding of authentication, JWT, OAuth, API Gateway, and security best practices. • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and enterprise integrations. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Healthcare/Medicaid domain experience is preferred.
