Story Behind the Need
β’ Accelerate cloud migration and adoption efforts for Client BTS application teams using enhanced cloud focused skillset and support offerings including standard cloud architecture, guided cloud onboarding tools and process, training and transition. The goal is to foster a mindset shift for the application team to accept ownership and manage application, monitoring and maintenance in the Cloud platform.
β’ We work with many application teams, Enterprise architecture, Domain architecture, network, Cloud Infra and Security teams

Responsibilities
Typical Day in the Role
β’ Help application development teams in their cloud journey
β’ Coordinate with application teams on their need (short term and long term)
β’ Coordinate with Cloud Platform Engineers and Architects to deliver customer need on time
β’ Good understanding of AWS and Azure services and Cloud Offerings
β’ Understand and manage work effort and critical deliveries on time
β’ Manage Scrum ceremonies and standup calls
β’ Update weekly and monthly reports
β’ Keep track of stories complete in a sprint as well as support ticket resolution
β’ Experience in coordination of release
β’ May need to participate in emergency outage calls
β’ We would like to see full commitment from the selected candidate. He/she may not know all technical skills or the process that we follow - we will give time to understand and get accustomed to in first 2 weeks. Resource should attend all scrum calls, project calls, deliver the task at the agreed timeline for the sprint, escalate immediately on the blockers and ask for help. Using Scrum methodology, we allocate work effort for 2 weeks and measure performance on delivery/ completion.
β’ Resource should be available in common work time with other team members (internal and external) based on agreed time zone that he/she is working. If engagement, commitment and performance is not satisfactory, we may terminate the contractor.
β’ Manage multiple workstreams and wear different hats at the same time - product/ platform owner for tools/ development, project manager for onboarding and coordination. Use scrum methodology for all work and resource management.

β’ Required: Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience Preferred:
β’ Years of experience required: Minimum 5+ years of experience on technology project management
β’ Disqualifiers: Not meeting technical requirements or missing submittal requirements listed below
β’ Preferred experience/Additional qualities to look for: Infra/platform project on Azure, excel and Power BI
