Job Title: SQL Data Analyst & Reporting Developer Location: (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote – as per project requirement) Job Type: (Full-time / Contract) Job Description: We are seeking a Skilled SQL Data Analyst and Reporting Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualisations for the program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and project teams to deliver accurate, insightful, and high-quality analytical outputs. Job Description Mandatory Skills: Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11) , SCCM & Intune Staging Exp. Key Responsiblities: • Provide technical support onsite ( windows 10 & 11and Hardware's) to our clients at their location. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for Desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals. • Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity. • Maintain video conference systems. • IMACD : Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. • Supporting Power users in project rollouts and deployments • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment. • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. • Key technician providing Power / Exec support • Accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
