Role description
Role: SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)
Employment type: W2
Location: On-site in San Bernardino, CA
Eligibility: Visa Independent consultants
Rate: ~$55/hr. on W2
Description:
5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in production environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2012/2014/2016/2019/2022).
Proficient in T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Query Optimization.
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Profiler, and Database Tuning Advisor.
In-depth knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, and transaction logs.
Familiarity with Azure SQL Database and cloud-based deployments is a plus.
Knowledge of Replication, Mirroring, Always On Availability Groups, and Failover Clustering.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
