We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our client's marketing strategies around deepening customer engagement. Job Description The Senior Analyst will join a collaborative team within our Fortune 100 financial services client, which is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering exceptional marketing for their differentiated products and services that drive demand and inspire engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. This person will be responsible for deepening Card Member loyalty along the lifecycle through the delivery of compelling messages at the right time to drive clear engagement outcomes. The Senior Analyst will support deepening customer engagement within the clients digital channels, self-servicing tools/features and digital payment experiences! This includes assisting with go to market strategy development, collaborating on marketing attribution/roadmap, supporting key initiatives and being responsible for the end-to-end creative development and campaign execution of marketing strategy and post-campaign analysis to provide data-backed recommendations and assessments of new opportunities and strategy expansion. This is a great role for a strategic digital marketer who is looking to showcase thought leadership, drive innovative marketing and lead execution across marketing channels (email, web, app, social, etc.) to grow product awareness, activation, usage, and consistent spend. The Details β€’ January 5th-December 31st contract β€’ Hybrid 3 days in Lower Manhattan β€’ Full time, 40 hours/week β€’ Benefits provided including Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, etc.! Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital efforts, digital wallet activation and engagement, including targeting, segmentation, campaign set-up, deployment, and post campaign performance & coupled with go forward plans. β€’ Partner with internal product and business development collaborators to understand partner needs, develop marketing plans in conjunction with Sr. Manager to drive Card Member engagement with core digital features and pays. β€’ Own and lead marketing work plan tracking, campaign flighting and prioritization against business priorities and resources. β€’ Lead the creative development and approval process across marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with legal, compliance, brand, and external agencies. β€’ Lead campaign performance in partnership with analytics across full campaign suite, to help inform strategy in support of digital features and wallets, marketing optimization. β€’ Assess new opportunities to develop joint goals and marketing in owned and external partner channels in support of Digital Pays partners. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 3+ years of digital marketing and/or product experience in digital channels (email, web, app, social, etc.) β€’ Experience with end to end campaign design and execution across digital and email channels β€’ Highly analytical, consistent track record of being able to synthesize complex topics and use funnel performance data to make business recommendations across channels β€’ Heavy Excel and PowerPoint experience required β€’ Experience with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, and/or Adobe Workfront nice to have β€’ Experience using Omniture (Adobe Analytics) and nVision (Oracle) reports nice to have; web analytical tools of any kind required β€’ Outstanding interpersonal communication and executive presence, with ability to lead large groups of matrixed partners across the Organization, including marketing, ops, product, analytics and finance β€’ Ability to support strategy planning needs for new partner opportunities & evaluation with Sr. Manager on team and business development and other internal collaborators β€’ Strategic and creative problem solver who can support building and implementing plans from the ground up, including analytics, creative, capabilities, and metrics. β€’ Ambition to make an impact in a fast paced, multidimensional, growth environment and operate fluidly between strategy and execution to deliver flawlessly β€’ Highly organized and fast learner with strong attention to details to deliver innovative ideas and solutions and provide value to partners. β€’ Intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding what drives customer behavior and how evolving technologies can enhance consumer experience This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship Additional Information The starting pay range for this role is $37-40 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
