In this contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring data integrity and compliance across enterprise-wide programs. You will provide second-line oversight, independently challenging and verifying data governance deliverables while collaborating closely with first-line teams to mitigate risk and enhance regulatory compliance. Must-Have Skills: • Strong experience with Data Governance principles and the DCAM framework. • Certifications: DCAM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC. • At least 8 years of experience in data management, technology risk, or cyber risk, preferably within financial services. • Proven ability to evaluate risk and control effectiveness, remediation plans, and perform metric calculation and reviews. • Expertise in issue verification, root cause analysis, and sustainable fix assessments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Additional certifications (CDMC, CGRC, ISSMP, CISM, CDPSE, CGEIT). • Cloud data management security experience. • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location environments. • Exposure to privacy and data discovery tools.
