Title: Sr Data Scientist Duration: 9 week contract, possibility to extend! Location: Remote, but travel into Bentonville, AR will be required Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Data Science Strong expertise in: Machine Learning models, LLM, GenAI, AgenticAI Experience working with ML frameworks and deploying models in production environments Nice to Have Skills & Experience Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) Background in routing, scheduling, workforce planning, or logistics/field operations Experience building real-time decisioning systems Job Description We are seeking a Data Scientist to design and deploy AI-driven solutions supporting a Facilities Management and Field Operations project. This role will focus on building predictive models and intelligent decisioning systems to optimize work order forecasting, workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, and routing. The ideal candidate brings a blend of machine learning, optimization, and emerging agentic AI capabilities to develop scalable, real-time solutions that improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
