Role description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to support digital analytics across all brands. This role focuses heavily on web/mobile analytics, Adobe Analytics, and optimization, and is not a marketing analyst position.
Role Overview:
The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for:
β’ Analyzing web and mobile app data
β’ Supporting acquisition and retention strategies
β’ Designing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on analytics
β’ Working independently to interpret complex data and present insights to executives and teams
β’ Using Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, Adobe Mobile Services, Google Analytics, and related tools
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics & Optimization
β’ Deliver insights and manage optimization efforts using CJA, Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, Adobe Launch
β’ Proactively analyze brand performance to identify opportunities and recommendations
β’ Perform quantitative analysis of digital analytics data, acquisition, retention, and site metrics
Technical Implementation
β’ Design, implement, and test analytics for web, mobile app, and offline/disjointed data
β’ Work with standardized SDR (Solution Design Reference)
β’ Administer CJA, Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, and troubleshoot for users
Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Partner with business, marketing, IT, and UX teams to support initiatives
β’ Provide business case support for analytics-related web/mobile projects
β’ Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and metrics for new products and site changes
Leadership & Training
β’ Mentor and guide team members on Adobe Analytics topics
β’ Train junior analysts
β’ Stay updated on new releases/features of CJA, Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch
Working Conditions
β’ Open office work environment; hybrid/remote depending on location
β’ Occasional overtime or after-hours work
β’ Mix of independent tasks and collaborative teamwork
β’ Minimal travel for training or team meetings
Minimum Requirements
β’ 6+ years in digital analytics (including 4+ years with Adobe Analytics)
β’ Experience developing reports, ad hoc analysis, and business recommendations
β’ Bachelorβs degree (business analysis, project management, marketing, communications, information systems preferred)
β’ Proven ability to:
β’ Administer Adobe Analytics
β’ Create report suites
β’ Design SDRs
β’ Build processing rules and classifications
β’ Experience with at least one of: CMS, AAM, AES, Google Analytics, Adobe Target
β’ Ability to create dashboards (funnels, flow paths, fallout charts, cohorts)
β’ Basic ability to read HTML
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics concepts (eVars, product strings, data sources)
β’ Ability to manage multiple deadlines, tasks, and shifting priorities
β’ Quick learning ability; adaptable to evolving requirements
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
β’ High attention to detail; initiative-driven
β’ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
β’ Masterβs degree preferred (MBA, Analytics, Marketing)
Additional Skills & Plus Points:
β’ Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Google Analytics (not a substitute for Adobe experience)
β’ Nice to have:
β’ Adobe Launch implementation skills
β’ Ability to write basic JavaScript and HTML
