The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and databases, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions and applications. • Write complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages. • Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Maintain and support existing Oracle applications, ensuring uptime and resolving issues. • Develop and maintain data models and database architecture. • Ensure data security and compliance with best practices and company policies. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. • Create and maintain technical documentation for database applications and processes. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer. • Extensive experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases. • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming. • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX is a plus. • Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques. • Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle certification (OCP, OCA) is highly desirable. • Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing.
