Job Summary: As an Entry Level Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Drive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
3+ SQL, Python, Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
General supply chain knowledge skill.
3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Supply Chain certificate.
Statistical forecasting experience.
Big Tech, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, Dashboarding.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM.
