Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain planning, inventory management, reporting, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance, inventory health, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and manage inventory health, inbound supply, and catalog governance. • Analyze supply chain data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP systems and reporting platforms. • Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements. • Communicate findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Support planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Analysis, Business Analysis, or related fields. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. • Experience working with relational data and reporting systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
