Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Analyst
Position Overview
As a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Essential Job Functions:
β’ Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation.
β’ Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and practices, including test planning, test case development, execution, and defect tracking.
β’ Actively contribute to improving and standardizing the business analysis processes within the organization.
β’ Work closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure that IT projects meet all relevant requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
β’ Document and communicate test results, compliance findings, and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
β’ Assess existing IT systems and applications used within the supply chain and manufacturing functions.
β’ Identify opportunities for system integration, automation, and enhancement to improve data visibility, process efficiency, and decisionmaking capabilities
β’ Work closely with IT development teams and external vendors to implement and deploy IT solutions for supply chain and manufacturing.
β’ Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies.
β’ Basic MedTech experience to support compliance activities related to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA and GDPR regulations.
β’ Partner with third party vendors, ensure timely resolution of issues and timely delivery.
β’ Address user issues/concerns in a professional/timely manner and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
β’ Proficiency in IT systems and technologies relevant to supply chain and manufacturing, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES systems, SCADA systems, and business intelligence tools.
β’ Experience with testing and validation of healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, medical devices, and clinical software applications.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
β’ Continuous Improvement mindset with superior analytical and problemsolving skills.
β’ Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment desirable.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
