Tableau Developer
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Tableau Developer for a contract position in Arbor Hills, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our Cardiology Sales Operations team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
• Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, marketing, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency.
• Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed.
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources.
• In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA
• Tableau building experience is a big plus
• Medical Industry is a plus
• Sales operations and sales support experience
