Job#: 3014521 Job Description: Job Title: Tableau+ Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Pay Rate Max: $76/hr Start Date: 1/12/2026 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own the overall Tableau+ Administration, including dashboard standards, performance tuning, governance models, data source optimization, and platform scaling. • Define architecture best practices and patterns for extracting, transforming, modeling, and consuming data for BI use cases. • Partner with cloud/data architects to design underlying data structures and optimized sources for analytics (e.g., Date Bricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery). • Lead the evaluation and integration of supporting BI technologies (Data Prep, Python/R integrations, APIs, Tableau Server/Cloud configuration, etc.). • Build highly scalable analytics workflows to support growth, speed, and reliability. • Collaborate with peers to transfer technical knowledge and best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in the following: • Expertise in Tableau,Tablea Cloud and other related BI Tools. • Experience with Databricks, AWS . • Expertise in Tableau+ Cloud greenfield Implementations. • Experience working in a small fast paced team. PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience integrating Tableau with Python, APIs, R, or embedded analytics. Background in enterprise data and Analytics implementations is a plus. Experience working with large-scale or multi-department analytics rollouts. Data Governance frameworks and Collibra Integrations are huge plus. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is generally performed within an office or home office environment. The working environment is generally favorable, with no exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, dust, or other factors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Stand or sit at a workstation for the majority of each shift. • Communicate with others. Typically, through the use of speaking and hearing. • Use of a computer to enter and screen data. CONTRACT DURATION: Six-months contract length.
