Job Description – Technical Business Analyst (API Integration & Analytics)

Duration: Contract
Experience: 5+ Years
Required Skills
• 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, and API integrations.
• Experience with Neo4j Graph Database and understanding of graph data models, nodes, relationships, and Cypher queries.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand application code and work closely with developers to identify issues.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET applications.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data modeling and graph databases.
