Role: Technical Business Analyst (with Development)
Location: Houston, TX | Hybrid
Contract: 6 months (potential conversion)
Interviews: 2 rounds (1 hour each)
Key Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements and convert into technical solutions
• Build prototypes, small apps, and automation using AI tools
• Work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Support ERP integrations (Oracle) and API-based solutions
• Participate in Agile development within Azure DevOps
Tech Stack
• Languages: JavaScript, Python, Java
• Tools/Platforms: Azure DevOps, Power Platform, AI tools (Cursor, Claude), Figma, Oracle ERP
Ideal Candidate
• Strong mix of business analysis + development
• Comfortable using AI tools for automation and rapid development
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
