Position closes 1/7/26 – We are seeking a Technical Integration Manager (SME) to architect, lead, and oversee the complex integration of systems, applications, and development pipelines across our organization. This is a crucial, hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical knowledge in modern software practices (DevOps, Cloud, Multi-language) combined with expert-level Agile Project Management. You will be the technical pivot point ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
System & Architecture Integration Leadership
Integration Strategy: Define and lead the technical project plan for integrating new and existing software components built across multiple language stacks (e.g., JAVA, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, XML).
Pipeline Management (CI/CD): Drive the maturity and standardization of our DevOps practices, focusing on the end-to-end integration of code, testing, deployment, and monitoring tools.
Cloud Deployment: Oversee and manage the project aspects of integrating applications into the [Highly Regulated Cloud Environment], ensuring seamless system performance, security, and compliance after deployment.
Cross-System Cohesion: Act as the Subject Matter Expert to identify, map, and resolve technical dependencies and data integration issues across Windows and Unix/Linux operating environments, and within web and email systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience in software development project management, with 4+ years focused specifically on large-scale system integration, migration, or DevOps initiatives.
SME-Level Technical Acumen: Strong practical knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline tools, and deployment strategies across diverse environments.
Multi-Lingual/Platform Exposure: Functional knowledge of multiple programming paradigms (e.g., Java, C, .NET) and operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
Agile Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent advanced Agile certification.
Tooling Mastery: Expert proficiency in JIRA for dependency mapping, integration tracking, and reporting.
