nTech Workforce has an # 23422 Business Analyst Terms of Employment β€’ W2 Contract, 36 Months β€’ Work Location: To be determined based on client requirements; remote, hybrid, or onsite expectations will be confirmed during the hiring process. β€’ Must be eligible to work in the United States β€’ US Citizens only Overview Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst – Technical / Financial Requirements to support a large government contractor on a long-term federal healthcare technology. This role will support a Defense Health-related initiative focused on connecting healthcare data, readiness data, electronic health records, provider workflows, clinical decision support, and readiness reporting. β€’ The program supports a federal health IT initiative designed to improve visibility into service member medical readiness and strengthen the connection between healthcare records and readiness assessments. The selected candidate is expected to support the program for approximately three years. Responsibilities: β€’ Gather, analyze, document, and maintain requirements from government stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, data services, cyber security, testing, product support, and program leadership. β€’ Support requirements definition for a rapid, AI-enabled healthcare-readiness application prototype. β€’ Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation. β€’ Support creation and maintenance of the requirements roadmap. β€’ Help maintain the system requirements specification, product backlog, requirements traceability matrix, and related program artifacts. β€’ Partner with the Senior Data or Systems Engineer to document data dependencies, data gaps, architecture considerations, and system interactions. β€’ Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and acceptance testing coordination. β€’ Track requirements changes, decisions, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and open issues. β€’ Support financial and programmatic analysis where requirements affect cost, schedule, scope, staffing, or delivery risk. β€’ Draft clear, auditable, government-ready documentation for review and approval. β€’ Maintain requirements and sprint artifacts in government-approved tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms. β€’ Support monthly status reporting, executive briefings, stakeholder updates, and program management reviews as needed. Required Skills & Experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ 4+ years of business analysis, requirements analysis, technical writing, product support, systems analysis, or program support experience. β€’ Experience documenting business, technical, operational, or financial requirements. β€’ Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, organized, and government-ready documentation. β€’ Experience working with Agile teams, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint artifacts, product backlogs, or requirements traceability. β€’ Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, IBM Jazz, or other requirements/documentation management tools. β€’ Ability to analyze complex information and convert it into structured requirements, roadmaps, matrices, trackers, and decision documents. β€’ Strong meeting facilitation, interviewing, note synthesis, and follow-up skills. β€’ Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Experience β€’ Experience supporting or government contractor programs. β€’ Experience with EHR systems, healthcare data, readiness systems, clinical workflow, or operational medicine. β€’ Familiarity with requirements traceability matrices, data dependency registers, stakeholder registers, RACI matrices, risk registers, or action item trackers. β€’ Experience supporting acquisition, prototype, modernization, or AI-enabled application projects. β€’ Understanding of privacy, HIPAA, CUI, NIST 800-171, or data governance considerations. β€’ Experience supporting cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
