About the Role
We are looking for 2x Data Analysts to join a high-impact data migration project, supporting the transition from a legacy system to a new platform. You'll play a key role in analysing, cleansing, and transforming complex datasets, ensuring data is ready for a seamless migration next year.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and map old system data against new system requirements
• Perform data gap analysis and transformation
• Cleanse and restructure datasets to meet target specifications
• Handle data from sources including SharePoint, spreadsheets, and databases
• Convert American data formats to UK standards
• Collaborate with technical specialists responsible for migration scripting
• Work directly with business data owners across core process areas
Required Skills
• Proven experience in data migration projects
• Advanced Excel (incl. scripting/macros) and strong SQL skills
• Deep understanding of data quality, cleansing, and restructuring
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with government or enterprise-scale migrations
• Familiarity with SharePoint and legacy data systems
• SC clearance
