365 Messaging & Collaboration Engineer Copilot Enablement, Global Banking Organisation 9 month contract, £650 per day inside IR35 London based, 5 days per week on site A global banking organisation are seeking a highly skilled Messaging & Collaboration SME to join our IT team, responsible for the design, engineering, and continuous evolution of our Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration platforms. The role has a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot enablement and governance, ensuring AI-driven productivity tools are deployed securely, responsibly, and at scale . This role combines hands-on technical engineering with strategic input in a complex enterprise environment, offering exposure to both business-as-usual operations and a diverse project pipelin e. Key Responsibiliti • es:Serve as a technical authority for Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Copil • ot.Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of complex Microsoft 365 solutio • ns.Define and maintain technical standards, patterns, and documentati • on.Enable and govern Microsoft Copilot, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI practic • es.Act as a Tier-3/4 escalation point for complex incidents, providing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident revie • ws.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and maintain high technical standards across the organisati on.
