We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our People Analytics Centre of Expertise - a team dedicated to transforming workforce data into meaningful insight that drives strategic decision-making across the University.
If you’re passionate about data, excited by complex analytical challenges, and motivated by work that has real organisational impact, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow and make a difference.
Role
This is a professional and rewarding role within a dynamic organisation with an ambitious strategic plan. You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Influence workforce strategy at a university‑wide level
• Work with analytics tools and evolving data platforms
• Contribute to sector‑wide benchmarking and best practice
• Be part of a supportive team that values innovation and continuous improvement

Interviews are expected to take place early during the week commencing the 1st June, however this may vary depending on business needs.
