About The Opportunity As an Account Executive (AE) at unitQ, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will engage with high-value accounts, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrate how unitQ’s AI-powered platform delivers measurable business impact. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.This role requires a strong technical aptitude, particularly around data analysis, AI-driven solutions, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders. You will need to understand how our AI-powered platform integrates with customers’ existing technology stacks and how it can be leveraged to drive actionable insights. Role responsibilities: β€’ Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing deals β€’ Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, effectively translating technical features into business value including answering in depth questions related to AI (artificial intelligence), NLP (natural language processing), and ML (machine learning) β€’ Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead generation and pipeline development based on real time, AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated data pulled directly from data studio β€’ Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast sales performance β€’ Utilize Salesforce.com to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI advancements including conversational AI platforms, natural language processing models, machine learning, agile project management, SaaS incident reporting software, and data visualization, and the competitive landscape to effectively position unitQ's value proposition β€’ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience β€’ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas About you: β€’ Strong technical acumen with experience in data analysis, AI-driven solutions, and an ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics β€’ Familiarity with analytics tools, APIs, and AI/ML applications in business settings β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills β€’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment β€’ Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other sales prospecting tools β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs β€’ Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement Would Like to See: β€’ Previous experience in a startup environment β€’ Experience selling AI-powered, data-driven, or analytics-based software solutions β€’ Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus β€’ Experience selling to product and engineering teams Benefits: β€’ Flexible/unlimited vacation β€’ Medical coverage through BlueShield and Kaiser β€’ Dental and Vision coverage through Beam β€’ 401(k) Plan β€’ Life insurance β€’ FSA and Dependent Care FSA Plans β€’ $50/month internet/cell phone/equipment reimbursement β€’ Generous leave policies β€’ Equinox Gym Memberships - No Equinox near you?
