Role description
Role: Actimize Business Analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ – 100% Onsite from Day 1- Local or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ before Day 1. Duration: 6 Months GBaMS ReqID: 10517012 Experience Required: 6–8 Years Must Have: Actimize (hands‑on) Responsibilities: • Analyze business needs related to financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud, risk, and compliance, and translate them into technical requirements for Actimize solutions. • Gather and document requirements (BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases). • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Perform SQL-based data analysis to identify issues, trends, and support decision-making. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scenarios, and validate final outputs. • Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams as the liaison between technical and functional groups. • Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and testing. Essential Skills: • 6–8 years as a Business Analyst with strong Actimize experience (ActOne, AML, KYC, Fraud modules preferred). • Experience with end‑to‑end requirements gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD). • Strong SQL skills for data analysis. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
