Role description
Looking for an experienced Activiti BPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven applications using Activiti/Alfresco. The role involves BPMN 2.0 modeling, Java development, and system integrations in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop workflows using Activiti BPM (6.x/7.x)
• Design BPMN 2.0 processes (tasks, gateways, events, subprocesses)
• Implement Java delegates, listeners, and workflow logic
• Integrate workflows with REST/SOAP APIs and backend systems
• Build backend services using Java & Spring Boot
• Handle task management, SLAs, and workflow automation
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and support deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Activiti BPM & BPMN 2.0
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD
• Understanding of microservices architecture
Good to Have:
• Experience with Camunda or Flowable
• UI frameworks (Angular/React)
• Messaging systems (Kafka, JMS)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Docker/Kubernetes
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication
• Ability to work in Agile teams
