Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled contract Public Sector Administrative Reporting Associate I to join our Government Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, automation, and administration of key compliance programs across federal, state, and local government accounts.
You will join a mission-driven team focused on building scalable compliance solutions using advanced analytics and big data tools to maintain operational integrity for our public sector clients.
What Youβll Do
In this role, you will:
β’ Support the design and execution of compliance programs by building automation solutions that enable real-time tracking, audit readiness, and workflow efficiencies.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Information Technology, and Finance to manage timelines and deliverables for compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
β’ Ensure compliance with government business systems and contracting regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules.
What Youβll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a high-volume environment managing complex regulatory requirements and data systems.
β’ Strong knowledge of data automation and visualization tools , specifically Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
β’ Proven ability in analytical problem-solving and managing compliance systems like the GSA Pricing Compliance Program or labor charging systems.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Public Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Reasonably expected salary range: $44,600.00 - $55,800.00
