Role description
Job Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Builder/Developer (CJA Developer) Position Type: 6 Month Contract with likelihood of extension Location: Remote - United States (candidates in Canada may also be considered) Salary/Contact Rate: $70-$80 per hour on 1099 or C2C. 20-40 Hours per week. Our client, an Adobe-Partner Marketing Consultancy is seeking a skilled Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Builder with deep experience across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and hands-on expertise activating CJA end-to-end to join their growing team. You will be required to work to EST & PST hours. Job Description: • Build, configure and optimize CJA Connections, Data Views, and Workspaces. • Translate business questions into measurable schemas, components, and dashboards. • Build custom visualizations, freeform tables, panels, and audience-level insights. • Configure and maintain AEP Sources for ingesting CRM, marketing, web, and media • data. • Create and manage Schemas, XDM classes, datasets, and event ingestion processes. • Candidate must be able to set up, validate, and troubleshoot data flowing from: CRM data, Marketo, AJO, Media data, Web/App data, and Adobe Launch / Tags for event instrumentation. Qualifications: • 3+ completed Customer Journey Analytics implementations. • At least 5 years experience and overall background in MarTech, digital analytics, or enterprise data architecture. • Hands-on Adobe Experience Platform experience, especially: XDM schema design, Dataset creation, Source connectors, and Identity stitching and data governance. • Strong Adobe Launch (Tags) experience for event tagging, data layer mapping, and SDK coordination. • Experience connecting and validating data from: Salesforce CRM, Marketo and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer, Paid media platforms (Meta, Google) and Web or mobile app SDK instrumentation. • Ability to independently communicate with clients, gather requirements, and translate into analytics deliverables. Highly Desirable: • Experience with RTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform) • Experience in a consulting or multi-client delivery environment Our client moves very fast with a 1-stage interview and are looking for someone to start immediately.
