Role description
Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer
Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components, including schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP using APIs and native connectors.
• Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles and audience segments within AEP.
• Integrate AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Target, and Campaign.
• Implement and enforce Experience Data Model (XDM) standards to ensure consistency and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements across all data processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEP configurations, data flows, and integrations for performance and reliability.
Required Skillset:
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture and components including RTCDP, Data Lake, and Edge Network.
• Hands-on experience with XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Service, and Segmentation Service.
• Proficiency with Adobe I/O APIs and data ingestion mechanisms (batch, streaming, connectors).
• Solid grasp of real-time data flows, event-driven architectures, and customer data management.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience integrating AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud applications (AJO, Target, Campaign, Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with business, data, and marketing teams.
