Adobe Forms Developer

Role Overview The Adobe Forms IC Developer is responsible for designing and delivering scalable Interactive Communications solutions across print and digital channels. This role focuses on building reusable components, integrating enterprise data sources, and ensuring communications meet high standards for security, performance, and accessibility. Core Responsibilities Interactive Communications Development • Build reusable Interactive Communications components, including Form Data Models, print and web templates, fragments, and themes. • Author print focused templates using AEM Forms Designer and editable templates for web based delivery. • Implement rules and conditional logic using the Interactive Communications rule framework. Data Integration • Configure REST based data sources and develop Form Data Models. • Bind and test data to support dynamic content generation across channels. Quality and Compliance • Ensure communications meet requirements for security, accuracy, performance, and accessibility. • Support cross channel consistency for print and digital outputs. Platform Collaboration • Partner with platform administrators on AEM Forms add on installation, configuration, and deployment activities. • Collaborate across teams to support successful releases and ongoing enhancements. Skills and Experience • Hands on experience authoring Interactive Communications, including fragments, templates, charts, tables, and rules. • Strong experience with Form Data Models and REST integrations, including data binding and test data creation. • Proficiency with AEM Forms Designer for print templates and editable templates for web delivery. • Working knowledge of Interactive Communications and how it compares to legacy Correspondence Management solutions. AEM Development • Experience developing AEM components using HTL, Sling Models, and OSGi services. • Strong understanding of Core Components, including customization, JSON export, content policies, versioning, and proxy patterns. Headless and Cloud • Experience with Content Fragments and GraphQL for headless delivery, including endpoints, queries, and persisted queries. • Familiarity with Cloud Manager and CI CD pipelines, including environment management and debugging through the Developer Console.
