Job Type: Contract (4-6+ months)
Location: Arlington, VA (2–3 days onsite per week)
Interview Process: 1–2 internal video interviews + 1 client interview
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Developer to design, build, and maintain customized Adobe Workfront solutions. This role focuses on workflow optimization, system integrations (especially Workfront Fusion), custom forms, reporting, and platform administration to streamline project management and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Workfront including custom forms, request queues, layout templates, user roles, and security settings
• Design and implement complex workflows, templates, and automations to optimize project delivery
• Build and maintain integrations with other systems (e.g., AEM, Adobe Creative Cloud) using APIs and Workfront Fusion
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Manage system administration tasks including user access, data governance, system updates, and platform health
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and provide user training
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Required Skills & Experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and administration
• Strong expertise in Workfront Fusion for workflow automation
• Experience building and supporting API-based integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users
• Experience working in Scaled Agile environments
