Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer As an Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer, you will partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure Adobe Workfront solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and automation. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing consulting, training, and ongoing support while ensuring the platform aligns with evolving business goals. This role plays a key part in improving user adoption and optimizing system performance through thoughtful integrations and process design. The Basics Duration: 6 months Hours per week: Approximately 40 hours Location requirements: New York, NY or Phoenix, AZ Required Qualifications • 6 or more years of experience in a client-facing solutions consulting role • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Core and Workfront Fusion, including implementation, configuration, and consulting • Advanced expertise in Adobe Workfront, Adobe Workfront Project Manager, and Adobe Workfront Fusion • Strong understanding of Workfront functionality, integrations, and API capabilities • Experience configuring workflows, reports, and dashboards within Workfront • Proven ability to manage projects end to end while meeting deadlines and requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all organizational levels Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, manage, and optimize Adobe Workfront to support campaign development and streamline user experience • Design, develop, and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations to automate workflows and business processes • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practice guides • Lead user training sessions to enhance adoption and overall platform efficiency • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the Workfront environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
