Lead initiatives that ensure optimal supply of hosts in key locations.
Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics and measurement.
High proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Strong background in advanced analytics or business data science.
Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a marketplace or business strategy setting.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing.
Ability to influence and advocate for data-driven decisions across teams.
Positive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
