Primary Skills: SQL (advanced), Python (intermediate), Power BI (advanced), Excel (advanced), AI Tools (intermediate) Contract Type:  W2 Only Duration:  12+ Months Location: SLC, UT ( - Hybrid) Pay Range: $47 - $52/Hr. on W2 #LP Job Summary: This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and AI to transform executive and equity compensation reporting and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into scalable data products and automated workflows. Success in this position involves building, implementing, and maintaining robust analytical solutions that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Automate recurring reporting and analysis for compensation functions. • Design and build scalable data models and dashboards. • Apply AI tools for data preparation and analysis. • Develop AI-enabled workflows for reliable outputs. • Translate ambiguous business questions into technical solutions. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Experience building data models and dashboards. • Ability to apply AI and automation tools to analytics. Industry Experience: Experience in the executive and equity compensation domain is preferred but not strictly required, as technical prowess and problem-solving skills are prioritized for building AI-driven solutions.
