Role description
Data Architecture Dynamo Wanted: Shape the Future of Digital Services!
Are you ready to dive into a large-scale system modernization project and leave your mark on essential public services? We're searching for a talented Advanced Data/Information Architect who is passionate about data integrity, precision modeling, and supporting robust database environments. If you thrive in a collaborative tech culture dedicated to reliability and innovation, this is your mission!
The Adventure Awaits: Your Day-to-Day Quest
You will be the architect behind the data foundation, ensuring it's strong, scalable, and squeaky clean. You'll work closely with a stellar team of database engineers, application architects, and business analysts to translate complex business needs into elegant data solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models using industry-leading data modeling tools.
Perform both reverse and forward engineering of database structures on ORACLE and MS SQL platforms.
Champion data governance and best practices for metadata management and documentation.
Be a data detective: identify and aid in resolving data integrity, consistency, and duplicate data issues.
Keep the lights on: provide essential production support for ORACLE and MS SQL databases, which may occasionally require work outside normal business hours.
