Role description
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain mission‑critical web and server‑side applications supporting large‑scale customer data and personalization use cases. • Architect and implement end‑to‑end AEP solutions, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation. • Design and optimize XDM schemas, datasets, and dataflows across AEP and connected systems. • Build and support event‑driven data pipelines integrating CDP, Data Lake, and downstream activation channels. • Implement omnichannel personalization using Adobe Target, Journey Optimizer, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. • Apply TDD and agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design cloud‑native architectures and ensure operational excellence. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance using enterprise logging and monitoring tools. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar enterprise CDP. • Strong expertise with XDM, Real-Time CDP, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). • 3+ years’ experience with Big Data platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products. • Proven experience designing and supporting cloud‑based enterprise solutions. • Experience loading and transforming data between AEP, Data Lake, and external systems. • Strong background in data modeling, table design, SQL, and event‑driven architectures. • 2+ years’ experience implementing omnichannel personalization across web, mobile, email, and paid media. • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Marketo Engage. • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace, etc. • 3+ years’ experience with backend technologies: Java, J2EE, Tomcat, RESTful services. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Adobe Experience Platform Developer Certification strongly preferred.
