Job Title: Agentforce Developer (Active SC Cleared)
Location: Remote - London
Contract Type: Contract - 6 Month contract - £660 P/D - Inside IR35
Security Level: Active SC Clearance Required (Must be transferable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Developer to lead the implementation of Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot/Bots) within a secure environment. You will design and build autonomous agents that can reason, orchestrate tasks, and interact with users using natural language, all while maintaining the high-security standards required for SC-cleared data.
This role requires a blend of traditional Apex development and modern Prompt Engineering to ensure our AI agents are grounded, accurate, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
• Agent Creation: Build and configure autonomous agents using Agent Builder, defining clear "Topics" and "Instructions."
• Custom Actions: Develop specialized Apex Actions and Flows to give agents the ability to execute complex business logic (e.g., querying secure databases or updating records).
• Grounding & Data: Work with Data Cloud and Prompt Builder to ground AI responses in trusted organizational data (Knowledge articles, CRM records).
• AI Security: Implement and monitor the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure sensitive SC-level data is never leaked to LLMs or stored outside secure boundaries.
• Testing & Tuning: Use the Agentforce Testing Center to run quality evaluations, minimize "hallucinations," and ensure deterministic outcomes.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
• Clearance: Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• AI Specialization: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein Trust Layer.
• Core Development: Expert-level Apex (especially @InvocableMethod for AI actions) and LWC.
• Integrations: Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI (OAS) specifications to connect agents to external systems via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (highly preferred) or AI Associate/Specialist.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingesting and harmonizing data for AI).
• Familiarity with Python or LLM frameworks (LangChain, etc.).
