Agentic AI Developer

Hiring: Agentic AI Developer | Fully Remote (US-Based) We’re looking for a forward-thinking Agentic AI Developer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building autonomous AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, and AI-driven decision engines that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks with minimal human input. What You’ll Do: • Architect, train, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, multi-step task execution, and real-world interaction. • Develop APIs and microservices that integrate LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. • Collaborate with product, data, and research teams to design adaptive workflows that connect AI agents with human decision loops. • Leverage Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and similar ecosystems to build scalable solutions. • Continuously test, refine, and optimize agent performance for real-time applications. Ideal Background: • 4+ years of software development experience (Python preferred). • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen). • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS). • Experience building integrations with APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong grounding in AI ethics, reasoning models, and evaluation metrics a plus.
