Technical Expert – Agentic AI & Enterprise Platforms Location: [Dallas, TX] Duration: Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions. • Build AI-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and semantic search platforms. • Develop custom ML models for predictive analytics, recommendations, classification, and segmentation. • Design scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies. • Develop AI services, APIs, and microservices for production environments. • Establish architecture standards, security, governance, and performance best practices. • Mentor engineering teams and lead technical design reviews. Required Skills • 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions. • Strong Python development expertise. • Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, and ML frameworks. • Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Vector Databases, and Data Engineering. • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Microservices architecture. Preferred Experience • Enterprise AI assistants, conversational AI, and workflow automation platforms. • AI-powered analytics and decision-support systems. • Telecom, marketing analytics, customer intelligence, or large-scale enterprise data environments. • AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring frameworks.
