Agentic AI Expert

Add Velocity is an AI-native consultancy helping regulated asset managers design and deploy agentic systems, automate workflows, and embed AI into core business operations. We are expanding our team of Agentic AI Experts to build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems for client delivery and innovation. This role is focused on architecture, implementation, and deployment of agentic AI systems. You will operate across the full lifecycle: design → build → deploy → optimize. Responsibilities Agentic Architecture Design • Design multi-agent system architectures • Define orchestration logic, task decomposition, and tool routing • Design memory, retrieval, and knowledge integration layers • Implement guardrails, evaluation, and reliability frameworks Development & Implementation • Build AI agents using LLM frameworks and APIs • Develop tool-using agents with structured workflows • Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms • Implement prompt strategies, structured outputs, and reasoning chains Deployment & Optimization • Deploy agents into production environments • Implement monitoring, logging, and performance evaluation • Optimize latency, cost, and reliability Collaboration & Delivery • Work with consultants to translate business requirements into agent workflows • Support client implementations and technical delivery • Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs Research & Innovation • Evaluate emerging agentic frameworks and capabilities • Prototype new multi-agent coordination patterns • Develop internal libraries and best practices Must Have • Demonstrated interest in agentic system architecture through own projects • Degree in STEM subject or equivalent technical experience • Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations • Experience working with APIs and structured data • Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience building multi-agent systems • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval architectures • Experience deploying production AI systems Why Join Add Velocity Join Add Velocity, a startup consultancy from the beginning.
