Role description
Role: Agentic AI
Location: Eagan, Minnesota, United States
Must Have: 14+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI Design & Development
• Architect, design, and develop Agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and task execution.
• Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and knowledge graphs for real-time information retrieval and action.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance contextual accuracy.
LLM & Generative AI Expertise
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) to develop advanced conversational, reasoning, and summarization capabilities.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, memory management, and tool-use strategies for autonomous agents.
Python Engineering & AI Frameworks
• Design and develop production-ready AI applications using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Utilize LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant).
• Build APIs and microservices for scalable deployment in Docker/Kubernetes environments.
MLOps & Cloud AI Integration
• Deploy and monitor AI/ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.
• Automate training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Optimize GPU/TPU utilization for performance and cost efficiency.
Data Engineering & Integration
• Collaborate with data teams to build data ingestion, preprocessing, and embedding pipelines.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for dynamic reasoning and retrieval.
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI adoption and enterprise AI automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
