Expert AI Agent Builder – AWS Bedrock Location: Malvern, PA/Onsite Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using AWS technologies, especially Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Design and deploy production-ready AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and foundation models ✔ Develop agentic workflows including planning, memory, tool usage, and multi-step reasoning ✔ Build enterprise-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines ✔ Configure and customize Amazon Q for Business for enterprise workflows and knowledge discovery ✔ Implement secure, scalable AWS AI architectures and governance frameworks ✔ Integrate AI agents with Amazon QuickSight for conversational analytics and business insights ✔ Build AI guardrails, access controls, personas, and secure enterprise workflows 🔹 Required Skills: ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock ✔ Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows ✔ Expertise in Amazon Q for Business ✔ Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector-based retrieval systems ✔ Experience integrating AI solutions with Amazon QuickSight ✔ Strong AWS Cloud architecture and security experience ✔ Understanding of AI governance, scalability, and enterprise deployment 🔹 Preferred Skills: ✔ Experience with LLMs and Foundation Models ✔ Multi-agent orchestration and reasoning workflows ✔ Knowledge of enterprise AI security and compliance ✔ Experience with analytics-driven AI use cases
