Senior AI Agent Developer – TLM Automation Chicago, IL Experience: 9–12 Years Contract Job Summary • We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) processes. • The ideal candidate will develop autonomous AI agents for vulnerability analysis, code remediation, pull request generation, and deployment automation while integrating with enterprise development tools and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks. • Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations with enterprise systems and developer tools. • Develop AI agents for TLM analysis, vulnerability remediation, root cause analysis, code generation, PR creation, and release automation. • Implement prompt engineering, agent memory, tool/function calling, and evaluation frameworks. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI agents and MCP services. • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable AI-driven workflows. • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams. Required Skills • Strong Python development experience. • Expertise in FastAPI, Pydantic, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub. • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI agent frameworks. • Knowledge of MCP architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Experience with Prompt Engineering, Agent Memory, Function Calling, Structured Outputs, and Hallucination Mitigation. • Familiarity with ReAct, OODA Loop, Plan-and-Execute, and Multi-Agent Systems. • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, AI agent evaluation, and CI/CD. Preferred • Experience in Banking/Financial Services. • Knowledge of TLM, vulnerability remediation, SonarQube, ServiceNow, and enterprise development workflows. • Experience with enterprise LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Llama.
