Employment Type: Contractual

About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation on the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on build role — you will deliver production AI solutions for a large enterprise environment, not proofs of concept.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio — custom topics, generative answers, plugins/actions, and integrations with enterprise data sources
• Build intelligent automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via connectors, custom APIs, Dataverse, and Azure services
• Follow enterprise governance, security, and ALM practices across Power Platform environments
• Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Strong Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Power BI development: DAX, data modeling, dashboards delivered to business users
• Integration experience: REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services (Azure OpenAI / Azure Functions a plus)
• Enterprise deployment know-how: environments, solutions, ALM, security roles
Nice to Have
• Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-400, PL-300, or AI-102
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 extensibility (declarative agents, plugins)
• Experience building solutions for supply chain, field service, or engineering operations
