Role Description We are seeking a skilled Senior Batch Developer with expertise in Linux, C, and SQL for a remote contract role. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining batch processing applications. Daily tasks will include programming, debugging code, working with the Linux kernel, and performing software updates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure successful software deployment and operational stability. Qualifications • Proficiency in Programming and Software Development skills, including C and Linux. • Strong Debugging expertise to identify and resolve software issues effectively. • Experience with Linux Kernel and Embedded Linux development. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with SQL is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Previous experience with batch systems development is preferred.
