Role: AI Artist & Video Creator Type: Contract (potential for Full time) Salary: Mid level Location: In the office (SW London) up to 4 days a week Reports to: Creative Director About BearJam BearJam is a spirited, award-winning video production company based in London. We produce bold, vibrant filmed and animated content for brands like Netflix, Oracle Red Bull Racing, Just Eat, The FA, and Knight Frank. We thrive on storytelling that moves people and makes a mark. This is an exciting moment for us as we grow our in-house creative capabilities and expand what we can offer to clients through AI-powered video production. With new tools and technologies at our fingertips, we’re exploring fresh ways to deliver cutting-edge content and imaginative solutions. Overview of the Role We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, future-facing AI Video Specialist to help us supercharge our content creation with the power of emerging generative AI image and video technologies. This role blends tech-savvy wizardry with creative flair and a hunger to challenge what’s possible. You might be someone who loves experimenting with prompts late into the night, or someone who’s been bringing VFX-style magic into everyday content workflows. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be bringing AI video and audio to commercial campaigns, branded content, social-first formats and everything in between. Objectives • Take creative briefs and spin them into high-quality, AI-enhanced visual stories • Constantly experiment, prototype and push new AI technologies into our production DNA • Help inspire BearJam’s future-facing content capabilities • Generate high res ai videos for commercials and branded content • Keep up to date and experiment with new platforms • Collaborate closely with our in-house and freelance talent pool to deliver exceptional work Key Responsibilities • Develop AI-driven video workflows using the latest tools • Create top class prompts and have an eye for a good creative shot and visual • Edit and polish AI-generated content using AE / PP or other post production applications • Bring a layer of AI visuals to live action and animated content where applicable • Use your eye for story, visuals and pacing to turn tech into emotion-packed content • Lead or support on post-production visual effects and sound design for AI-created media • Work closely with our creative and production teams to shape and deliver industry-defining projects • Educate and inspire the wider team and clients on what’s possible with Gen AI • Ensure ethical, effective, and secure use of AI tools and data in content production Who You Are (Skills & Qualities) Must-Haves: • Experience creating high-quality video or motion content enhanced with AI tools • A creative at heart with an eye for what looks good on screen • Confident prompt engineer (especially in image to video and text to video platforms or similar platforms) • Video editing or animation skills (AE, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) • Visual storytelling skills and understanding of post-production workflows • Comfort with testing and deploying new tools quickly • Strong eye for visual aesthetics • Curious, solutions-focused, and ready to run with an idea • Fluent in English Nice-to-Haves: • Background in VFX, motion design, or creative technology • Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (Python, JS or similar) • Experience working with LLMs or automating creative workflows • Familiarity with audio editing, colour grading, and 2D/3D animation • Ability to direct or lead creative vision on projects Why Join BearJam? • A chance to shape how Gen AI transforms content creation in a fast-growing, ambitious team • Creative freedom and a platform to showcase bold ideas • Flexible working with a hybrid studio base in leafy Wandsworth • Team socials, learning opportunities, and space to grow • Benefits including mobile and video software allowance, increasing annual leave, bonus scheme, gym access, and more  How to Apply Please send your CV, a cover letter and salary expectations with a few examples of your Gen AI-led or AI-enhanced work to jobs@bearjam.co.uk with AI VIDEO SPECIALIST in the subject line.
