AI Automation Specialist

Description: Your core responsibility is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, acting as part business liaison and part developer. You will focus on taking new technology to optimize actual internal workflows and helping project teams accelerate their velocity through AI adoption and strategic use cases. This role requires you to go beyond implementing technology, but helping to find and drive change across the organization Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Outcome-Obsessed Generalist: Act as a "Jack of All Trades" who prioritizes results over rigid processes. Whether it requires writing complex Python code, configuring a no-code dashboard, or physically setting up a sensor, you do whatever is necessary to solve the problem. • Workflow Discovery: Actively observe and audit daily operations to spot hidden inefficiencies. You are responsible for identifying high-impact friction points that the team hasn't even noticed yet. • Versatile Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end automations using a mix of AI agents, agnostic integration frameworks, and custom scripts. You focus on the outcome—time saved and reliability—rather than favoring specific tools. • Business Integration: Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where automation strategies can be applied to business operations. • Agent Development: Build and fine-tune custom AI agents tailored to specific team needs (e.g., a "Travel Logistics" agent that autonomously handles itinerary changes, or a "Procurement" agent that predicts and orders supplies). Requirements: • Process Engineering: Ability to map out human workflows and translate them into technical logic. • Proficiency with AI/LLMs: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, OpenAI API, Anthropic, and local LLM deployment (Ollama, LM Studio). • Coding/Scripting: Javascript & Python proficiency is highly preferred for custom scripts and API integrations. • Data Engineer and Analytics: Experience in Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud data platforms.
