AI Business Analyst

Job Description HYBRID 2x/wk Please see the "Business Analyst + Data Analyst Interview Feedback" in attachment for reference Serve as a Business & Data Analyst within a cross-functional scrum team supporting a virtual assistant product. Analyze and interpret data from multiple, often ambiguous, sources (e.g., Salesforce, Splunk, Pendo). Translate raw data into meaningful business insights for stakeholders. Develop and maintain manual scorecards and KPIs, with a focus on process automation over time. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps, clarify requirements, and support product deployment. Present findings in a clear, business-focused manner to various audiences. Utilize strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially with custom or in-house applications. Leverage familiarity with Salesforce and related analytics tools; experience with Splunk preferred. Communicate complex technical data in easily understood business terms. Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations to derive actionable insights. Draw on experience in Agile/Scrum environments (without leading ceremonies). Balance both business process understanding (approx. 70%) and hands-on data analysis (approx. 30%). No advanced software development required—focus is on effective data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
