AI Business Analyst (Generative AI & Data)
Hybrid – Central London | Initial 6 Month Contract (Long-Term Programme possibility)
We are hiring an AI Business Analyst to join a newly formed AI Centre of Excellence within a global enterprise transformation programme.
This is not a traditional BA role. You will help shape and deliver applied AI solutions - including generative AI, LLM-powered tools, predictive models, and automation workflows.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Translating business problems into AI-ready requirements
• Defining user stories & acceptance criteria for AI solutions
• Mapping datasets and data fields to model requirements
• Assessing data readiness and quality
• Partnering with engineering on feasibility and integration
• Supporting agile delivery and backlog refinement
• Defining measurable success metrics for AI use cases
We’re Looking For:
• Experience working on AI/ML or LLM-based products
• Strong data mapping and requirement definition skills
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams
• Understanding of how APIs, datasets, and models integrate
• Agile delivery experience
