AI Business Analyst – Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents Location: United Kingdom (UK) Candidates must have valid UK work authorization We are hiring an AI Business Analyst for a major financial services transformation program in the UK. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI agent technologies to drive business process automation and intelligent solutions. Key Responsibilities • Work with business and technical teams to gather and define requirements for AI-driven solutions • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Copilot-based and AI agent solutions • Support design and implementation of AI use cases across business processes • Collaborate with data, engineering, and QA teams for solution delivery • Identify opportunities for automation using Generative AI and Copilot Studio • Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of AI solutions • Document workflows, user stories, and solution designs Mandatory Skills • 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / digital transformation programs • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or AI-driven automation • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / Power Platform (preferred) • Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in Agile environments Nice to Have • Experience building or supporting AI agents / chatbots / automation workflows • Exposure to Azure AI services or Microsoft ecosystem • Financial services domain experience • Understanding of data workflows and APIs
