AI Business Analyst with SQL

Role: Business Analyst with SQL + AI Location: Austin TX/Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Onsite Employment Type: Contract We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL expertise, and a solid understanding of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and AI/ML teams to gather requirements, analyze data, identify business opportunities, and support AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data. • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decisions. • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI teams. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI for process improvements. • Participate in AI solution design, testing, and deployment. • Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and impact assessments. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases. • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
