Role description
Apex Systems is currently hiring for an AI Business Delivery Consultant with one of our healthcare clients. This position has intentions to convert Full Time. We are seeking a Lease Accounting Analyst to join our clientโ€™s finance team. This role focuses on lease accounting activities, including journal entries, month-end close, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience and a keen eye for detail, with prior exposure to lease accounting preferred. Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home โ€“ Ideally will work CST Pay range: 75-90/HR Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions. Summary The AI Business Delivery Cross Over Engineer operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of AI-driven solutions. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and engineering capabilities, enabling scalable, compliant, and high-performing AI systems. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: โ€ข Hybrid Expertise: Strong background in both business analysis and engineering disciplines. (Prior experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Project Manager, etc) โ€ข AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI lifecycle processes, including model development, deployment, and monitoring. โ€ข SDLC Proficiency: Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. โ€ข Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa. โ€ข Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution in complex environments. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Requirements Translation: Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for AI solutions. โ€ข Solution Delivery & Sustainment: Oversee implementation and ongoing support of AI products, ensuring reliability and performance. โ€ข Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to align priorities and expectations. โ€ข Compliance & Standards: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the lifecycle. โ€ข Lifecycle Management: Support the full AI development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and optimization. โ€ข Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide clear communication across teams to facilitate transparency and efficiency.
